Downwind Crew is a community of paddlers. By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines to keep our community safe, respectful, and welcoming.
Respect & Safety
• No harassment or bullying. Treat fellow paddlers with respect.
• No threats or hate speech.
• No sexual or obscene content.
• No spam or impersonation.
• No unsafe or illegal conduct on the water.
Enforcement
Violations result in content removal, account restrictions, or bans. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content.
Crew Chat
• Stay on topic: coordinating the run.
• Be kind and grateful to volunteers.
• Don't share private information of others.
Secure Boating Ethics
Safety first. Navigators must follow all nautical laws and alert the group to dangerous water conditions immediately.
Reporting & Moderation
Use the Report button for content or behavior violations. You can also block users to prevent interactions. Reports are reviewed confidentially.
Help and Opinions
We value your input. Suggestions and help tickets are reviewed promptly by our professional admin team.
Flagging Issues
Help keep the Downwind Crew community safe by reporting content that violates our standards. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Launch the Downwind Crew mobile tool and enter the 'Crew Hub' tab area.
Tap the 'Flag Content' link located within the settings list.
Identify the specific rule breached and add a thorough explanation of the incident.
Send the ticket. The admin staff evaluates posts in one day and will contact you shortly.
